  The people at this branch are super friendly, but their security is the absolute worst. My card has been hit twice just in 2-3 months from $300 - $900. Don't really recommend banking here unless you're okay with coming in constantly to report card fraud. Can't complain about customer service, so good I almost feel bad about switching banks tomorrow morning. I came to bank not make friends.

  I have gone there twice to cash a check from my insurance provider and I had issues getting it cashed. I understand policy but do not treat your members like a criminal. The whole it has to be put on hold for two days (mind you it was a Thursday so I would have to wait to Monday) to get the money available I get it but if I cashed from the same company earlier that month should not be issue but it's ok I just went down the street to the other first source and they took great care of me and amazing customer service. No longer going to this location. I have been a member for years should not be treated as if I walked off the street to cash a check with no account why would I scam you if I had a account. Thank you granger first source for not treating me like a criminal.

  I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH, NICE STAFF, CLEAN, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY NICE MANAGER - DON'T REMEMBER HIS NAME, NEW ACCOUNTS GAL WAS NICE AS WELL.
